Join us for a four hour practical workshop to address the ways we can better look after ourselves. Topics will include healthy vs unhealthy responses to stress & ways to self-care & relax, including a guided meditation. Practical activities will assist in establishing tailored healthy routines and beneficial relaxation skills. Please note that workshops are limited to 8 participants to ensure quality and care.
